Today, we’ve taken that legacy to new heights—literally. History

Our legacy began as a vital link in PT&T’s Long-Line network, a telecommunications backbone that connected the U.S. coast to coast starting in the 1960s. For decades, it played a pivotal role in the early development of the nation’s communication and defense systems, ensuring reliable data transmission across vast distances. Today, the tower continues its mission of service. With our nuclear resistant tower and building facility we are the safeguard to our legacy, with our height we reduce costs while strengthening the infrastructure that keeps the Bay Area safe and connected.

With its prime elevation in the Sierra Morena range of the Santa Cruz Mountains, the tower offers an unobstructed 360-degree view spanning the Bay Area—including San Francisco, the East Bay, South Bay (like San Jose), and surrounding areas. Its terrestrial line-of-sight capacity extends approximately 60 miles (100 kilometers), providing exceptional visibility and signal reach for telecommunications, broadcasting, and observation purposes.
